GOLDWIN has had AIRBNB recognised as a content publisher

Goldwin Société d’Avocats, a corporate law firm, has had Airbnb recognised in France as a content publisher responsible for the actions of its users by a judgment of the Paris Court of First Instance dated 5 June 2020.

The Goldwin team that worked on this case consisted of Jonathan Bellaiche, Partner, Olivia Zahedi, Counsel.

Goldwin société d’avocats is also assisting UMIH (the largest French hotel confederation) against Airbnb in an action for unfair competition.
