Goldwin Société d’Avocats represented the landlord against the tenant who was illegally subletting the apartment on the AIRBNB platform.

The Paris High Court, in a judgment handed down on October 24, 2018, ordered the tenant to pay the owner the following sums:

46,227 euros with interest at the legal rate from the date of judgment for reimbursement of the civil fruits of the illegal subletting of AIRBNB
1,000 euros as damages for breach of contract with interest at the legal rate from the date of judgment
