More than forty self-employed taxis have applied to the Paris Administrative Court for recognition of the State’s liability for the loss in value of their licences. The group has decided to instruct our firm to take part in this action for state liability and compensation for the damage they have suffered as a result of the failure to protect the marauding monopoly.
The proceedings are currently before the Paris Administrative Court.
