Delphine CORSEAUX holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Digital Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
She was admitted to the Bar in 2022 and first developed expertise in digital law and intellectual property within a law firm focused on advisory work, before moving towards litigation.
Delphine CORSEAUX mainly practices in business litigation and innovation law. She also assists the firm’s clients with matters relating to special contracts and intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, domain names, software, designs and models), as well as digital-related issues (online business development, IT contracts, personal data protection, etc.).
