Professional career path
Emmanuel CLEMENT holds a Master 2 research degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from Paris Nanterre University and a Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization course in Financial Criminal Law from Cergy Paris University – ESSEC. He completed internships in the economic and financial affairs division of the Nanterre public prosecutor’s office, at the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing department of Neuflize OBC, in the extraordinary chambers of the Cambodian courts (CETC), as well as in several criminal defense law firms. Emmanuel joined GOLDWIN in September 2023. He lectures criminal law courses at Paris Saclay University and practices mainly in criminal law and white collar crime.
