Professional career path

After several years in the litigation department of Chassany Watrelot & Associés, a renowned Parisian firm specialized in labor law, Jonathan BELLAICHE founded his own firm, GOLDWIN.  He has won emblematic trials in digital law and is considered among the first French lawyers to have successfully brought forward both criminal and civil proceedings against contact platforms. As a result, many professionals (in the interim, hotel, transport sectors) have appointed him to undertake complex legal actions seeking the application of current regulations on the matter. His transversal legal skills enable him to expertly carry out litigation, alongside his strong team of lawyers.
