Professional journey
Holding a Master’s degree (Master 2) in the Fight Against Financial and Organized Crime, as well as a University Diploma in Finance and Criminal Law from Aix-Marseille University, Loïck MERLE began his career in Luxembourg, where he gained initial experience in compliance and financial risk prevention.
He then worked as a courtroom legal officer, pleading before social courts, and also taught introductory civil law at the Catholic University of Lille.
With experience both in law firms and judicial institutions, he now practices in criminal law and employment litigation at Goldwin, which he joined in 2025.
