State’s responsibility engaged by the Cabinet to defend cab drivers

More than forty cab drivers have filed an action before the Administrative Court of Paris to have the State’s responsibility recognized for the loss of value of their licenses. This collective decided to mandate our firm for this action of state responsibility as well as for compensation of their prejudice due to the non-protection of the marauding monopoly.

The procedure is currently in progress before the Administrative Court of Paris.
