After several years in the litigation department of Chassany Watrelot & Associés, a renowned Parisian firm specialized in labor law, Jonathan BELLAICHE founded his own firm, GOLDWIN.  He has won emblematic trials in digital law and is considered among the first French lawyers to have successfully brought forward both criminal and civil proceedings against contact platforms. Emmanuel CLEMENT holds a Master 2 research degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from Paris Nanterre University and a Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization course in Financial Criminal Law from Cergy Paris University – ESSEC.  He completed internships in the economic and financial affairs division of the Nanterre public prosecutor’s office, at the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing department of Neuflize OBC, in the extraordinary chambers of the Cambodian courts (CETC), as well as in several criminal defense law firms.
