Goldwin Société d’Avocats had Airbnb recognized in France as a content publisher responsible for the actions of its users by a judgment of the Paris Court of Justice dated June 5, 2020.
The Goldwin team that worked on this case was composed of Jonathan Bellaiche, partner, Olivia Zahedi, counsel.
Goldwin law firm is also assisting the UMIH (the largest French hotel confederation) against Airbnb in the context of an unfair competition action.
