The Goldwin Law Firm won the conviction of a tenant who illegally sublet her apartment on the AIRBNB platform
Goldwin Société d’Avocats represented the lessor against the tenant who was illegally subletting the apartment on the AIRBNB platform.
The Paris District Court, in a judgment rendered on October 24, 2018, ordered the tenant to pay the landlord the following sums:
46,227 euros with interest at the legal rate as of the judgment in reimbursement of the civil fruits from the illegal AIRBNB sublease
1.000 euros as damages for contractual non-performance with interest at the legal rate from the date of the judgment
