TOBACCO VICTIMS DEFENDED BY THE GOLDWIN FIRM

The firm was contacted by a group of employees who accused a tobacco company of recruiting these employees to smoke and make other people outside the company smoke.

The case is currently pending before the Conseil de Prud’hommes.
