After many years working in the litigation department at Chassany Watrelot & Associés, a renowned firm specialized in labor law, Jonathan BELLAICHE founded GOLDWIN. He has won emblematic trials in digital law, and is considered as one of the first French lawyers to have successfully engaged both criminal and civil liability proceedings against contact platforms. As a result, many professionals (in the interim, hotel, transport sectors) have appointed him to undertake complex legal actions in order to seek the application of current regulations.
